Once a product has been fabricated, cut, modified, installed, or otherwise processed, claims relating to characteristics that could reasonably have been identified through inspection may be limited or rejected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for planning and approving slab layout, orientation, blending, seam placement, and other fabrication considerations before fabrication begins.

9. Fabrication and Installation

GFO Stone is a material supplier and distributor and does not provide fabrication or installation services.

GFO Stone is not responsible for:

• Fabrication performed by third parties.
• Cutting, edging, polishing, drilling, or other modification of slabs.
• Installation or job-site workmanship.
• Measurements made by third parties.
• Template accuracy.
• Cabinet or substrate conditions.
• Seam placement or appearance.
• Installation methods.
• Job-site conditions.
• Damage caused during transportation, fabrication, handling, or installation by third parties.

Customers are responsible for selecting and supervising qualified fabricators and installers.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product images, designs, layouts, trademarks, service marks, videos, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to GFO Stone unless otherwise indicated.
