Text Messages (SMS and WhatsApp)
Our forms offer two separate, optional text-message choices, and a GFO Stone representative may also ask for each one separately:
- Texts about your request — updates on your quotes, samples, orders and appointments, and replies from your sales representative.
- Marketing texts — offers, discounts, new arrivals and showroom events, up to 4 messages a month.
We only send the kind of texts you agreed to, to the number you gave. You can agree to one without the other. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying from us.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also contact us using the details below.
We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to send you GFO Stone's own messages, through our messaging provider.
Website Chat Assistant
The GFO Assistant on our website is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It answers from the information on this website and may occasionally make mistakes, so please confirm important details, such as availability, with our team.
To improve its answers and our service, we keep a record of chat conversations: the messages exchanged and the page of our website the chat took place on. We don't record your IP address with the conversation. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. Conversations are reviewed only by authorized GFO Stone staff, are not used for marketing, and are deleted after 180 days. Your messages are processed by our AI service provider to generate the assistant's replies. To ask us to delete a conversation sooner, contact us using the details below.
