The Affordable Independent Residences for Seniors (AIRS) at 2224 Cropsey Avenue is a new residential development taking shape in the Gravesend neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Located near the intersection of Cropsey Avenue and Bay 31st Street, the 11-story building will rise approximately 105 feet and encompass approximately 65,682 square feet of residential and community space.

Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by Cropsey AIRS LLC, the project will provide 110 senior living residences, along with a community facility, cellar level, and rear yard. NY Developers & Management is serving as the general contractor for the development.
